## Description

NMRN is seeking to appoint a Design and Build contractor to redesign and fit out the public facing areas of Warnefords Café at Fleet Air Arm Museum \(FAAM\) in Yeovilton, Somerset\. The redesign and fit out will include a new counter, catering equipment, decor of the space and furniture\. Some non-load baring walls will need to be removed as part of the fit out\. The fit out needs to be completed by 23 March 2022\. Information on how to apply is set out in the ITT document - Annex A attachment outlines the specification for the works\. Amended on 26th November to add in a maximum budget that is a increase from the original listed price\.
