## Description

Highways England's Safer Roads - People team is seeking support for the provision of specialist Technical Advice to investigate and advise upon our approach to unplanned incidents on our Network\. This task will build upon previous research commissioned by Highways England into areas such as incursions from breakdowns and research into customer understanding of smart motorway schemes\.
