CHP are seeking information on the potential of customer video triage technology in our customer service department\. The purpose of this Request for Information \(RFI\) exercise is to: • assess the capabilities within current markets to deliver a potential solution • allow CHP to assess supplier responses to help us to refine the specification and requirements of any potential future procurement process • enable CHP to develop its knowledge understanding of the market This exercise is a RFI as part of a market consultation, it does not constitute a formal procurement process or Invitation to Tender\.
