RDE 329 - Green Infrastructure Framework - Baseline Evaluation 2023-4

Description

The purpose of the contract is to fully develop the baseline for the Green Infrastructure Framework - Principles and Standards for England, based upon the attached NE Green Infrastructure Framework Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (2022), and its initial baseline survey, for future evaluation; and understanding the uptake, application, and impact of the Framework over time, and how it can be improved. Learning and continuous improvement are at the forefront of objectives of the evaluation of the Green Infrastructure Framework. Learning and improving will enable NE to improve the ability of the GI Framework to achieve its objectives. This contract was awarded by NE.
