Appointment of a Strategic Partner to Support and Supply the Friends and Family Test to The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust

This contract was for the Patient experience service at the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. As the Trust continues to expand, including introducing a brand new cancer facility, a provider of a patient feedback system and solution for collecting, analysing and reporting information of the Friends and Family Test (FFT) was needed. Mini competition was completed via G-Cloud 10 Framework Agreement (RM1557.10).
