## Description

FCDO Services is seeking Proposals from Contractors to undertake the following works in Riga, Latvia: Foundation \(semi basement\) waterproofing/tanking of the whole external facades embassy building, and renovation of the building façade as defined within the specification and supporting documents\. The works being procured in this tender, will be completed in Riga, Latvia\. Any Tenderer submitting a tender will need to possess any particular authorisation \(registration with the Latvian Building Information Office\) / licenses / permits / visas or memberships of a particular organisation in order to provide the works specified in the location\. The Authority will not be able to support tenderers in obtaining any necessary licenses / visas / permits etc to deliver the services specified\. Any Contractors must hold Security Clearance at the level of SC\. Additional information: Please note these works are outside of the UK\.
