High Voltage Maintenance Services Daresbury Laboratory

UK Shared Business Services Ltd acting on behalf of the Contracting Authority have put in place a contract for HV Maintenance at the Science and Technology Facilities Council Estate in Warrington.

Scope of Services For each asset, there are three key components of the service: 1) Maintenance Service Delivery - Compliance Planned Preventative Maintenance (CPPM), Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Remedial works and Reactive works 2) Asset Management Services - Verification and tagging of assets where data is missing 3) Minor Works - Projects related to the assets up to the value of £50,000 where the Client will provide a specification

The Contract has been awarded on a 3 year fixed term basis with an option to extend for a further 1 year.

UK Shared Business Services Ltd carried out an open competition on behalf of the Contract Authority for HV Maintenance at the Science and Technology Facilities Council Estate in Warrington. The publication notice number in OJ S is: 2020/S 157-384670. No suitable tenders were received in response to the open procedure therefore under Regulation 32 (2)(a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) the Contracting Authority awarded a contract by negotiated procedure without prior publication.
