Supply of Paediatric Orthotics and Orthotist

The contract is for the provision of an orthotic service for new and existing patients of the Paediatric Physiotherapy service which is part of the Community Children and Young Peoples Service (CCYPS), Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

The contract shall be for the provision of ready-made and custom made orthotics to CCYPS. The aim of the Orthotic service is work in conjunction with Physiotherapists to facilitate the treatment of the individual. This is achieved through the assessment of need and the provision of an appropriate orthosis In addition, the service in conjunction with the Physiotherapist will offer a continuing programme of maintenance, repair and reassessment of need, once the orthosis has been supplied.

A 3 years contract with option to extend by two periods of 12 months (5 years max duration)
