GB-Essex: CP1617-12 Renewal of Fascia, Soffit & Rainwater Goods Replacement

Description

The works comprise the removal of Asbestos Insulating Board soffits by a licensed nominated sub-contractor and replacement of the soffits, fascia's, bargeboards and gutters with PVC. The works will require the erection of a specialist scaffold to facilitate the asbestos removal works and undertake the replacement works. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
