## Description

Sunderland Health Champions Sunderland City Council \(the Council\) has developed a community development training programme to reduce health difference from a grassroots level called ‘Sunderland Health Champions Programme’\. The aim of the local programme is to up-skill and raise awareness of services to improve access and improve people’s health\.
