refurbishment of the ensuite bathrooms and communal bathrooms located on Kitwood and Rodding works at St Margaret's Hospital Epping. Works to the ensuites include: - - Redecoration of ceilings - Replacement of non-slip vinyl flooring - The installation of hygienic cladding boards to walls - Replacement of the existing IPS behind WC's and Wash hand basins - Replacement of fixtures and fittings within ensuite rooms - Replacement of ligature items within the ensuite rooms - Replacement external windows - Fire door remedial works
