GB-Darlington: Re-fit Works at SLC Darlington

The Student Loans Company is issuing an Invitation To Tender for re-fit works at our Lingfield Point premises in Darlington .

The works include; Downtakings and Alterations Internal Walls. Partitions and Doors Floor and Ceiling Finishes Electrical Installations Decorations

It is anticipated that the works will be carried out around March and April this year.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
