Description
To establish an effective Oldham Green New Deal Delivery Partnership (OGNDDP), the Council first needed to appoint an Independent Assurance Provider (IAP). The IAP's role will first be to support the Council in designing the organisational and contractual structure of the partnership and procuring the partner(s), and then to provide ongoing governance, assurance and programme management for the partnership as it delivers. Following on from open market engagement (see previous linked notice), the Council conducted a mini-competition under the the Crown Commercial Services: Management Consultancy Framework (MCF3) - RM6187 Lot 3 Complex and Transformation. The closing date detailed within this notice relates to the Expression of Interest deadline.
