## Description

Gloucester City Council \(the Authority\) wishes to appoint a Consultant Project Engineer to act on behalf of the client to achieve a number of outputs including: European Regional Development Fund, ecological enhancement schemes, capital drainage projects and to provide flood management / SUDS advice for Development Control and other City Council departments\.
