Work description
Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing is seeking a competent and experienced contractor to undertake a JCT minor works contract. The works include the removal and replacement of commercial shop windows (glazing and frames) to shop units 125-139, Callington Road, Saltash, Cornwall PL12 6EB.
The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tender based on 60% Price and 40% Quality.
