Highways England are looking to procure services to undertake traffic counts, including turning counts and speed surveys, at various locations along the Area 7 road network\. Please note, you must be a registered TST supplier with Highways England in order to submit a bid\. If you are not registered, please contact nationaltst@highwaysengland\.co\.uk in order to do so - registration can take several weeks\. All appendices available upon invitation to tender\.
