Medway Council are seeking to appoint an experience and professional consultant to produce a demand study\. The focus will be looking at the demand for office space in IPM as a whole\. IPM has adopted a Local Development Order \(LDO\) to fast track the planning application process\. The site has a permission for E\(g\), formerly B1 and B2 use
