Gloucestershire County Council minor works framework asbestos removal including demolition works up to £15,000. (Formerly Lot 11)

Description

Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is procuring a minor works framework for asbestos removal including demolition works up to £15,000. The Minor Works Framework list will be available to premises managers, budget holders and commissioners within GCC. Works may be instructed for premises and sites such as Schools, Day Centres, Fire Stations, Libraries and other properties across Gloucestershire. As the lead purchasing body, the Minor Works Framework may be made available to other public bodies to use. These bodies include, but are not limited to, Gloucester City Council, all District Councils with Gloucestershire, Schools and Academy Schools within Gloucestershire. The framework may also be used by other districts authorities, Schools and Academies within South Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Herefordshire. This framework will be effective from 8th November 2019 to 29th April 2023. Individual works called off under the framework will have a maximum value of £15,000. The estimated total value over the life time of the framework is £170,000.
