Maidstone Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor\(s\) to provide cleaning and waste clearance services for teams across our Housing Department\. This invitation to tender will be split into 4 Lots as follows: Lot 1 - Helping you Home - hospital discharge support Lot 2 - Temporary and Discretionary Accommodation units Lot 3 - Maidstone Property Holdings - Private Rented Sector accommodation Lot 4 - Window cleaning for all properties contained with Lot 2 and Lot 3\.
