Contract Title: Professional Valuation Services - Right to Buy Valuations, Residential Acquisitions & General Valuation Advice (Ref:P5219B) The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the above services. Description: The Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified organisations to provide professional valuation services across its corporate property & housing estate. The contracts require RICS accredited firms to provide a range of services including right to buy valuations, residential acquisition services & general valuation advice and services. The Contract and tender has been separated into three distinct "lots" as follows:- • Lot 1 Right to Buy Valuations • Lot 2 Residential Acquisition Advice • Lot 3 General Advice & Support Two suppliers will be appointed to Lot 1. The anticipated contract start date is: Monday, 02 October 2017 The estimated value of the contract is: Lot 1 Right to Buy Valuations £300,000 Total Cost Lot 2 Residential Acquisition Advice £400,000 - £540,000 Total Cost Lot 3 General Advice & Support £400,000 - £600,000 Total Cost For a period of: 48 months
