NEPO504 Election and Electoral Registration Print

Description

Framework Contract for Election and Electoral Registration Print requirements to NEPO Member and NEPO Associate Member Authorities within the North East region. The Framework Contract will commence 01st July 2016 and will run for a 48 month term. The Framework Contract has been established as a ranked list of two Contractors, whereby the Contracting Authority will issue a call-off order directly to the 01st ranked Contractor that can fully meet their requirements without re-opening competition. The Contractor ranked 2nd will only be required if the 01st ranked Contractor cannot fully meet all of the Contracting Authority's requirements. The call-off Contract will be on the terms specified within the call-off Terms and Conditions, supplemented as appropriate by such details as price and quantities which will be specified in the call-off order.
