## Description

Campus West is an entertainment centre in Welwyn Garden City, managed by the borough council\. Campus West runs the Zebra Card offering discounts between 15% and 50% across the centre\. The Zebra card is free and currently has approx\. 17k active members \(post GDPR\)\. We want to undertake a detailed analysis of our data which will allow for more evidence-based decision making, and use conjoint analysis to develop a solid evidence base, including understanding motivations behind membership purchase, and help us understand the optimum approach for reviewing our offer\.
