Provision of Specialist Search and Selection Services for Executive and Senior Leadership Roles\. In addition to executive and non-executive roles the DPS will also address C-Suite, Heads of Department and other hard to fill senior leadership roles\. The FSCS is proposing to use the following category structure however the categories may change based on received feedback\. \(i\) Senior Women Leadership Roles \(ii\) BAME Leadership Roles \(iii\) LGBTQIA Leadership Roles We want to: Deliver better customer experience whilst being agile & prepared for our digital future, Respond to expectations for faster compensation, Ensure staff embrace new ways of working & understand customers' expectations and that we reflect the diverse communities we serve
