The project comprises the delivery of: Estate Management Services defined in the RM6168 Lot 1 (CUA: EMS-32453-2024). LEG's requirements in relation to the works which form the subject matter of this tender opportunity are set out in Schedule 1 of this ITT (the Specification). The total estimated contract value of this tender opportunity is £500,000 (including VAT) over the three-year term with the option for a further 1-year extension.
