Delivery, Installation and Maintenance of an 18sqm Digital Screen

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (BwDBC) is looking to award a Contract for the supply of an 18sqm digital screen. We are looking to purchase a screen that is H3m x W6m. We require quotes for a 6mm definition screen and an 8mm definition screen.The screen will be placed at a major traffic junction within the borough and placed on Council land. The screen will be used to display adverts. Quotations also requested for software to remotely upload and maintain the adverts/digital screen. Consultation with the planning and highways department has already commenced. The Contract period is 8 years. Prices are to be fixed for the full period of Contract. It is anticipated that this contract will commence on 01/09/16 .
