## Description

The purpose of this commission is for a specialist engineering consultant to carry out a visual, tactile and intrusive external inspection of the full curtain wall structure to include granite & glazed window panels, doors, seals, fixtures and fittings, then to provide a full condition report, detailing faults / defects to any part of the structure and a full remedial repair schedule and estimated costs\.
