Work description
Charnwood Borough Council has accessed the Crown Commercial Services (CCS framework) RM1045, lot 2. To provide support and maintenance of all the Council's Extreme network switches with defined SLA levels for break fixes. The contract has been let for 3 years with the option to extend for 2 further occasions of 12 months.
