Hull City Council has appointed Pell Frischmann Consultants Limited to undertake Early Contractor Involvement Support to Scope and Build Priced Activity Schedule for Design and Project Management Services for Lowgate and A165 Safer Roads. Procurement was utilising direct award via rotation from the Lot 7 Multi-disciplinary Team and Project Delivery, Engineering and Professional Services framework. The Works are to commence 10th February 2024, end date 8th March 2024.
