Bid Writing Coaching Support

Norfolk County Council wishes to procure bid writing coaches for SMEs in Norfolk and Suffolk. Our exact requirements are detailed below. At this stage we are inviting providers to apply to be included on a list of pre-approved providers. Price will not be evaluated as part of this process, as we will pay a fixed fee of £75 per hour for all work on this project.

Bid Writing Coaches already on the Innovation Grant Mentoring Project supplier list do not need to re-apply.
