PURCON828 The Refurbishment of Student Accommodation - AWARD

Description

The University currently owns and operates 3,842 student study bedrooms spread over 31 buildings, the majority of which are on campus but this does include a near-by site referred to as the Village. The University undertakes annual refurbishments of these buildings to various degrees based on priorities of condition and risk. This contract will be awarded to a single provider as a single supplier framework. The 2019 works will be called-off immediately at award stage. Any other call-off contracts, relating to the potential pipeline of works or otherwise would be subject to the process and terms contained in the framework document included in the tender pack. The framework will be awarded for 36 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
