## Description

Meir CEC is being converted into a library\. Works consist of: demolition of existing partitions, install new partitions, boarding out, fire doors, ceiling alterations, firestopping, floor finishes and full decoration\. Tender based on 100% price only\. M&E package by others\. All attached H&S documentation \(SHEMS\) must be adhered to and contractor competence will be vetted prior to the contact award\. Site visit is essential\. Programme duration must be achieved in order to handover to the client mid December 2020 at the very latest\.
