Provision of a framework for Homelessness Prevention Programme

The London Borough of Camden is seeking to award a Framework Agreement consisting of up to 10 Registered Providers to source, supply and manage up to 100 properties of various sizes both within and outside of the borough. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of three years commencing on 04 January 2021 with a maximum budget of £1,000,000. The properties will be used subject to an agreed incentive paid to the Registered Provider based on the property's size and length of tenancy offered.
