## Description

The Council is seeking a Contractor\(s\) to provide containers and manage all onwards processes for reuse or recycling of books from the Household Waste Recycling Centres \(HWRC's\) in Anchor Lane and Shaw Road in Wolverhampton\. Waste associated with this contract is expected to be collected from the Council as a free of charge service\.
