L&Q are looking to appoint contractors in the following areas of work\. • Servicing of all fire safety related equipment on all L&Q sites, including any new or transferred stock with L&Qs portfolio\. • Fire Risk Assessments \(FRAs\) works • Active and remediation works via servicing inspections\. The contract is split into 5 lots which are noted below\.
