Mini Comp for Building Condition Surveying Consultancy Services: Lot 10 Building Surveying - AWARD

Lancaster University's facilities division is looking to appoint a consultant to undertake Building Conditions Surveying: Building Surveying across the Lancaster campus and the Halton Boat house. Those who are interested in bidding are invited to a site visit on Thursday 14th June 2018, at 12pm, which will include a general tour including a selection of plantrooms.

The contract will start no later than July 2018 and any supplier awarded such a contract must be fully operational at this point.

The initial contract period will be from July 2018 to July 2021. There may be an extension period of up to 2 years (1+1) subject to the agreement of both parties and contractual performance.

The programme is valued at circa £100k inc VAT per annum for all condition surveys, including Building Services Engineering Surveys.

We will be looking to appoint a Building Services Engineer separately to this tender.
