Patient Choice Baseline Research

The contract is for a survey of outpatients. The aim of the survey is to capture a baseline measure of whether or not outpatients seen within acute trusts in England are offered a choice of provider at the point of referral, and whether or not they are aware of their right to be offered a choice of provider.
