Description

Broxtowe Borough Council (the Council) require a single contractor to undertake structural surveys of council owned properties, provide structural reports, and design / implement the remedial works required to rectify issues. The contract was awarded following a further competition under the DN763653 Minor Construction Works and Maintenance Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), Lot 28-Structural Surveys, Repairs and Remediation. The contract is for a period 1 year + 2 x 12month extension at the Council's discretion. The value of the contract is expected to be in the region of £200,000+VAT per annum although no work is guaranteed and required work may vary from year to year.
