## Description

Broxtowe Borough Council \(the Council\) require a single contractor to undertake structural surveys of council owned properties, provide structural reports, and design / implement the remedial works required to rectify issues\. The contract was awarded following a further competition under the DN763653 Minor Construction Works and Maintenance Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\), Lot 28-Structural Surveys, Repairs and Remediation\. The contract is for a period 1 year \+ 2 x 12month extension at the Council's discretion\. The value of the contract is expected to be in the region of £200,000\+VAT per annum although no work is guaranteed and required work may vary from year to year\.
