Description

Support is required in the following areas: To develop a series of plans and put in place strong programme and project disciplines to report progress against these. This will provide assurance to both Boards, as well as wider stakeholders. To act as a trusted advisor and bring experience and tools to support the operating model design for the Group. This will include developing proposals for Group-level roles and ensuring an effective governance design during and after transition. To provide change management support across priority areas. This will include supporting strategic and tactical communications and developing engagement tools during transition.
