## Description

Cornwall Council uses the Supplying the South West Portal found at www\.supplyingthesouthwest\.org\.uk to advertise all tender opportunities\. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain access to the council's e-tendering system \(Proactis\)\. Cornwall Council is looking to work with local organisations to facilitate partnership working across the DASV \(domestic abuse and sexual violence\) system covering the southwest peninsula, reducing fragmentation and increasing access to DASV services confident in identifying and responding to the needs of older victims and survivors of domestic abuse\. Commissioners across Devon, Cornwall, Torbay and Plymouth are looking for organisations/collaborations to lead a project to develop our response to older people impacted by domestic abuse and/ or sexual violence\. The project will facilitate partnership working across the DASV \(domestic abuse and sexual violence\) system and wider services supporting people over the age of 60 years\. It will reduce fragmentation, increase access to services and improve confidence in identifying and responding to the needs of older people impacted by domestic abuse and sexual violence\.
