The primary focus of the Rough Sleepers Mental Health and Wellbeing Service \(RSMHWS\) is to stabilise crisis situations and eliminate barriers to essential support services, including mental health, safeguarding, addiction, welfare, training, and employment, while ensuring access to physical health clinics\. The RSMHWS provides comprehensive support to address healthcare needs by: Ensuring healthcare equity and access to services Promoting health education and effective communication Conducting screenings and early health condition identification Addressing broader health determinants to prevent harm Protecting vulnerable populations Fostering healthier communities
