Work description
The purpose of the project is to provide support to Defra Tree Health policy in the definition of objectives for future surveilllance of the Oak Processionary Moth. This is one component of a wider process by which Defra will determine a cost-effective surveillance strategy that is be adaptable to epidemiological and policy developments, set within a wider strategic review of policy relating to OPM. The assignment will involve consultations with Defra and Foresty Commission officials to discuss surveillance objectives, a facilitated workshop to discuss the findings and a note codifying the conclusions.
