Work description
West Norfolk Property Ltd are a Local Authority Trading Company wholly owned by the Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk to hold private rented accommodation. The company is inviting tenders for the provision of legal services in relation to the completion of replacement leases of residential properties leased from the Council.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
