Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take Retaining Wall replacement/repair works to a failed retaining wall located at 39 Bohelland Road, Penryn, under JCT Minor works with Contractors Design. Please see the attached documents for the full scope of works. Note - the client body will accept alternative tenders for alternative methods of access to the site from that described in the MPA documents. Method statements are to be issued for review along with programmes. Mid tender site visits - The client body have confirmed mid tender site visits are required and dates and times will be requested and confirmed via the portal. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
