## Description

Through a Flexible Purchasing System \(FPS\) the Council wishes to work with Providers to establish a range of services both CQC regulated and non-regulated health and social care community-based providers\. This is to develop a range of services which allow those accessing services under the FPS to achieve their full potential by receiving services at the right time and at the right place\.
