## Description

The contract is to buy 23 affordable homes representing the 40% affordable housing contribution on the site, from the developer Bovis Homes who is currently on site building out the scheme\. These homes cannot be purchased from another source as the developer is the only person who has rights to build them as site owner with Planning permission\.
