Description of the Works: The Demolition of the exiting building, the Removal of the invasive species and the Design and Construction of twenty affordable rent dwellings comprising 8x small 1-bedroom flats, 6x 1-berdroom flats and 6x 2-berdroom flats, and the associated external works, including all hard and soft landscaping works as set out in the Employer's Requirements, The Appendices, and the rest of the tender documents.
