## Description

Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for a Level 2 Barista Skills training course for Prisoners at HMP Bristol\. The Supplier shall deliver a Barista Skills Level 2 course accredited by City and Guilds \(7102-53\) and an NVQ in Hospitality Service at Level 1 \(7131-04\)\. In addition, learners working in the main kitchen at the prison are required to gain the City and Guilds Level 1 and Level 2 Food Safety in Catering \(7150-92\) with allergen training, C\.O\.S\.H\.H awareness, HACCP training\.
