Tax advice services in relation to VAT, PAYE and NIC, PSA and CIS and ad hoc advice in relation to employee expenses and benefits\. Initial term is 2 years\. Option to extend by a further 2 periods of 12 months each\. Value of contract is difficult to estimate as by its nature we may have requirements for advice over the next 4 years that as yet we are unaware\.
