West Oxfordshire District Council is seeking to commission a combined update of the Level 1 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) and Phase 1 Water Cycle Study prepared in 2016 in support of Main Modifications to the West Oxfordshire Local Plan 2031 at that time.
